Vintage Colonial Period Home with Low Country Touch
Here’s the country kitchen. Find it on the plot plan. Rooms are featured and labeled with the room name and the LEVEL (L1,L2,L3). Start here with LEVEL 1. This is an easy way for interested parties to understand the layout and style of the home. Pheasant farm has verified, archived records with the Southborough Historic Society when the main house was built. Later, the center entrance colonial was constructed with its massive stone foundation seen in basement views. In 1950 the sills on the main house were upgraded, steel members incorporated into the brick facades, and the barn reconstructed to it’s current size. This first set of pictures features LEVEL 1. To better understand the open footprint layout of the farm, use the floor plan tab along with the room pictures. Click thru the buttons to see each LEVEL. Note: the glass conservatory (L1) has double Dutch/French doors that can be swung open for larger group parties, to offer unobstructed pass thru access to the family/entertainment room (L1).
