Garage

The garage has a 12″ steel mesh reinforced concrete floor and has been reinforced with 2″x12″ bolted cross member joists. The pitched roof lays behind the front facade and was resurfaced in 2005. There are 4 (four) sliding pocket doors. Two in the front for placing up to 4 cars. One in the rear (with cement ramp) for large equipment access to back property, and one to the side of the double door entrance for access to the trash barrels.
